How are the bracelets packed?

 The bracelets are enclosed in a blue velvet elegant square box. One box can accommodate 3 bracelets. 

 

Do you have Cash on Delivery ( COD )? 

YES but not for FREE. Other convenient and FIXED payment options are offered to customers when orders are paid prior shipment.

  Please prepare the amount always for the delivery of items. If leaving, allow somebody to receive the items.

What courier do you use in shipping?

JJ Anchors Co. orders are shipped the next day in normal days and during pandemic, we ship twice a week. This is in partnership with LBC Express. For Metro Manila and nearby provinces, orders may be shipped via Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, Angkas or Grab but shipping cost is shouldered by the client. Shipping payment will be asked upon the drop off of the item.

 

How much is the shipping cost?

JJ Anchors has partnered LBC Express, NINJA Van and 2GO Express.  We now offer FIXED shipping nationwide (for pre-paid orders only)  at 140.00 via these giant logistics companies.

FIXED SHIPPING FEE is for PRE-PAID orders, meaning the customer have paid his order prior shipping. Fixed shipping rate to anywhere in the Philippines only.

COD FEE is different. COD FEE is added to the total cost of the item and is determined by the costing above.

LALAMOVE/GRAB/ANGKAS/MR. SPEEDY - Shipping cost differs on the distance and time the delivery service was booked.


International Rates:
Premium Registered: from Php 489.00 - 2000 15-20 business days, subject to postal office pick up and price depends on your orders’ total weight. 
DHL International: from Php1,250.00 - 4,000, 3-7 days shipping and guaranteed door-to-door, price depends on the orders’ total weight.

 

Any shipping delays caused by the couriers can not be anymore controlled by JJ ANCHORS CO. Please make it a habit to track the orders on the respective tracking websites.

 

How long should I wait for my items to arrive?

Once we received your payment, JJ Anchors immediately prepare the piece and cleanse it overnight. We ship the items immediately the next morning or within 24 hours. 

Estimated Time of Delivery:
Metro Manila: the shortest is 1 day and longest is 3 business days
Outside Metro Manila: 3-5 business days

Please take note that shipping service is handled by a third party courier, whether it would be NINJA VAN, LBC Express, 2GO Express or etc. We do not hold or control the time of the delivery once it is on transit status.

There is no delivery during Sundays and Holidays. Items shipped on Saturday will be delivered Monday or Tuesday, and items shipped a day before the holiday will be delivered the days after the holiday. 

 

I did not received any confirmation, what should I do?

If you successfully used our checkout system and included your email address, you should received a confirmation in about 60 seconds after finishing the process. However, the tracking code may take a bit of time since it takes 3 to 12 hours to encode it via 3rd party logistics.

My item has not arrived on the given timeframe?

There are instances where the shipping time takes more than we stated, this is because of some reasons
* Delivery team has so many routes and plenty of cargo load
* Incomplete address
* Unreachable mobile number
* Area not covered via SA (serviceable area) or Area is considered as remote area. 
* Shipping delays caused by the courier

 


Always make sure to COMPLETE YOUR NAME and  SHIPPING ADDRESS to ensure a successful delivery.

 My delivery details have changed. How can I update this?

 Please contact customer care. However, if your order has already shipped we we can not anymore change the delivery details. 

 

My order hasn't arrived or has arrived damaged. What can I do?
